We are pleased to welcome three terrific local singer-songwriters for full sets of their original songs. Cassandra House, Eddie Ayala, and Katie Pearlman each bring their unique style of songwriting and outstanding musicianship.

Holtsville based Eddie Ayala says, "I'm just a working musician sharing some of the things I've done. I write songs because they just come out of me; I love music and there's never a day that I don't play." A gifted guitarist, singer and songwriter, Ayala wowed the Lobby for his first performance during the fourth Patchogue Folk Festival last spring and we are pleased to welcome him back for a full set of original songs.

Cassandra House is a native Patchogue singer-songwriter whose country-twinged voice & storytelling lyrics have granted her much local praise. Her main stage performance at PTPA's Patchogue Jam 6 was a high point of the show, and Cassandra has played The Lobby several times over the years including her stellar "Baba O'Reilly" at our annual fundraiser in September. Her songs and her voice are, in a word, captivating. Her debut CD “Night Owl” was released to rave reviews in 2012.

Katie Pearlman is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist best known to Northeast music audiences for her prowess on the drums, which she’s been playing since she was 10. More recently, she’s stepped out from behind the drum kit and sought to connect with audiences more intimately with her voice and an acoustic guitar. Since the release of Katie's third album, Girls Like Us, which features 12 story songs celebrating women, Katie returned to telling stories about her own life in her songs. Take Me Out Tonight was released as a single in July of this year, and on the night of this Live in the Lobby show at the Patchogue Theatre on November 14th, Katie will be celebrating the release of another single called Nothing Better, which is a song she wrote for her three year old daughter.
